This review is based on our dealings with Bob Wise. We applied for a rental which we ended up being denied for, BUT Bob worked really hard on our behalf. My family and I really appreciate all that he did and all the time he took to work with us and communicate with us. He is extremely hard working and would work past “regular” business hours to work with our schedules. Thank you Bob.

We are very happy with the Service we received from Columbo Real Estate Group. Especially our Agent Zach. He is very polite and friendly personality. Zach is very responsible with his work. He made sure that all paperwork was submitted on time and he is great at explaining things we didn’t understand. We highly recommend using Zach as your realtor. He is very smart, honest and reliable which will make the process less stressful. Zach did a great job finding our dream home. He made sure it had all the things we asked for when we first met with him. We moved from a different State so it was impossible to fly in to look at every house but Zach took the time to FaceTime with us. We really enjoyed working with Zach and will keep using him as our Realtor.

I would HIGHLY recommend Columbo. We have only worked with Dan Russell personally but Dan trains all of this employees so I guarantee they are just as AMAZING. Dan has helped us with buying a house and selling that same house about 2.5 years later. During both of these experiences he has helped it be enjoyable and VERY stress free. He is super knowledgeable and very professional. He has the resources for sellers that makes the process as easy as it can be. Seriously wouldn't recommend any other realtor in Colorado Springs. If you are looking for one in the area LOOK no farther.
