Zach provided us with a very professional and comfortable experience when we were relocating from Texas to Colorado. He knew we didn’t have a great deal of time to find the right place, but he was willing to do the research ahead of time, get showings lined up efficiently, and was patient as we looked for the right place. Zach listened to what we were looking for and did a great job in delivering homes that met those criteria. He stayed that way even when we changed our minds about the first area selected. This required him to go back and expand the search to other pricing and cities until we found the right house. Zach does not get rattled or show frustration. He knows a house purchase is a big decision and his patience was much appreciated in an already stressful time. Then, he helped line up a mortgage company to get financing arranged; they too were extremely professional and easy to work with. After the purchase, Zach selected an inspection service that was thorough and professional as well. Even with a constrained time frame, Zach helped us find the right place. Also, he researched realtors in Texas for us, which led us to hire one and get our house sold there.
